Meet Your Board of Directors
The Riverbend Property Owners Association (POA) Board of Directors is comprised of elected volunteers from our community. The Board is dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of Riverbend, maintaining our shared infrastructure, managing community finances responsibly, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all residents.
Board members serve staggered two-year terms and are deeply committed to transparent, thoughtful governance.

Vice President: Kathleen Fetherbay - Term Ends 2026
Treasurer: Mac McKenzie - Term End 2026
Secretary: Liz Fister - Term Ends 2027
Director: Kim Gissendanner - Term Ends 2027
The Board meets regularly to discuss community business, review committee updates, and address neighborhood needs. Property owners are always encouraged to attend our scheduled open meetings, stay informed, and review published meeting minutes on the owner portal.
